Brooke Shields, 54, shares her easy at-home workouts on Instagram

Can you believe that it’s been 40 years since Blue Lagoon and all those controversial Calvin Klein ads that catapulted Brooke Shields to stardom?

It’s even harder to comprehend when you scroll through her Instagram account and see what incredible shape the actress is still in today.

The secret to looking this good at 54 (she turns 55 on May 31)? Her regular boxing and yoga sessions clearly have worked wonders, and of course the best chefs and personal trainers can’t hurt.

But as the down-to-earth star demonstrates in a series of popular Instagram workouts in her  home, the simplest of equipment is all you need to stay in your best shape during the pandemic, and beyond.

In the deadlift workout below Brooke swaps fancy gym gear for a heavy table, a resistance band and weighty speaker, which can be substituted for just about anything else you might have on hand.
