Explore more of Australia with new Wendy Wu short breaks

Wendy Wu

If you are anything like us – and have itchy feet – you’ll be thrilled to hear that Wendy Wu Tours has launched four new Australia short breaks, featuring the Top End, the Red Centre, Tasmania and Northern Queensland.

My parents and sister love Wendy Wu, they have been on numerous tours with them, and especially my sister, who at the time was travelling alone and loved the fact she could join a trip and feel secure travelling with others. It also gave her the opportunity to meet some incredible people who are still friends to this day.

The Stunning Katherine Gorge

For Mum and Dad, who wanted a no-fuss travel option, Wendy Wu also delivered for them, and trips around Australia are now on their radar. The sense of isolation they have felt has been immense, so they are going to be extremely excited about these local offerings.

The short breaks have been designed to focus on iconic sights, immersive experiences, unique dining and accommodation as well as comprehensive inclusions within each region. Must-see places and experiences are included in each package providing added value and an easy booking experience. The packages have also been designed to be taken on their own or combined for the ultimate holiday of Australia.

The range of tours are backed by the operators Book with Confidence Guarantee including a low deposit of only $99pp, no risk payments, extended payment terms and unlimited changes up to 75 days prior to departure.

Daintree National Park

The 7-day Treasures of the Red Centre tour takes in Uluru, Kings Canyon and Alice Springs featuring the Field of Lights, Sound of Silence experience and a Nocturnal tour at the Alice Springs Desert Park. The tour features most meals, accommodation including a stay at Voyages Sails Resort, transport, and sightseeing. There are departures in September and October 2021.

Another experience is the 7-day Tasmanian Trails tour covering Launceston, Hobart, and Cradle Mountain plus visits to Tamar Valley and Bruny Island.  Visitors also cruise the Gordon River and visit MONA as part of their tour. There are three departures in 2021 in September, November, and December.

The Stunning Uluru

There are two additional short breaks included in the range; the 5-day Gems of Kakadu and 7-day Queensland: Reef to Rainforest.
